1. General Shipping Information

KEPLER C utilizes a specialized logistics network to deliver our curated selection of home and office goods. We partner with dedicated fulfillment centers to ensure each item is dispatched with care, providing you with a high-quality delivery experience.

  • Shipping Region: We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
  • Shipping Carriers: We employ a variety of trusted carriers, including Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight services for our larger pieces.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the item's dimensions, weight, and your delivery location.

2. Processing and Fulfillment Time

The total time for your order to reach you is divided into two phases: Fulfillment Time and Transit Time.

A. Order Fulfillment Time

This is the internal time required for our fulfillment partners to process your order, conduct final quality assurance checks, and prepare the item for handover to the carrier.

  • Standard Parcel Items (Small to Medium): Typically requires 1–3 business days.
  • Specialized Freight Items (Large/Heavy): Requires specialized handling and coordination, typically taking 3–7 business days.

B. Shipping Transit Time

This is the time the item is in transit from the fulfillment center to your confirmed delivery address.

  • Standard Parcel Items: Estimated transit time using standard services is typically 5–10 business days.
  • Specialized Freight Items: Estimated transit time for large items delivered via dedicated freight carrier is typically 7–15 business days.

Note: All delivery timelines are provided as estimates. Variations may occur due to unforeseen logistical factors or events beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is generally active on the carrier’s website within 24–48 hours of receiving the notification.

4. Handling Specialized Freight Deliveries (Large/Heavy Items)

Large, heavy items requiring specialized handling are delivered using dedicated freight carriers.

  • Delivery Coordination: The freight carrier will contact you (via phone or email) to schedule a specific date and time window for delivery. Your presence or the presence of an authorized person is required at the scheduled time to receive the shipment.
  • Mandatory Inspection: For all specialized freight items, it is CRITICAL that you inspect the packaging and the product for damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt.


    If you observe significant damage, please document the damage on the carrier's receipt and refuse the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@keplerc.ca.


    If you observe minor box damage, note the damage on the receipt, take clear photographs, and accept the delivery.


  • Inspection Responsibility: Failure to properly inspect the shipment and document any damage on the carrier’s receipt may impact your ability to claim compensation or replacement under our Refund Policy.

5. Multi-Item Shipments

To ensure the fastest delivery times and highest quality handling, orders containing diverse items may be dispatched from separate fulfillment centers and arrive in multiple packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. If a shipment is returned to us due to an inaccurate address, we may require an additional fee to cover the cost of re-shipment. We are unable to assume liability for shipments lost due to incorrect address submission.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

KEPLER C cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen from the delivery location. We advise the customer to file a claim directly with the carrier in such circumstances, and we will fully assist by providing all necessary order and tracking documentation.
