We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The item must be returned with all original parts, components, and documentation. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, you must first contact us at support@keplerc.ca

Please include your Order Number and a brief reason for the return in your email. If your return is accepted, our team will provide you with a free return shipping label and specific, detailed instructions on how and where to ship your item back to our designated facility.

Please DO NOT send items back to us without first requesting a return. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@keplerc.ca.

Damages, Defective Goods, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the incorrect item.

Depending on the nature of the product, we will evaluate the issue and arrange for one of the following: a replacement, a repair, or a refund.

Specialized Replacement Rule

Due to the nature of certain functional or specialized products (e.g., items subject to rapid obsolescence or critical functionality components), we reserve the right to handle issues via Replacement Only if the item is found to be defective or damaged. We will provide a full refund for such items only if a suitable replacement is unavailable.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature:

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Special orders or items personalized specifically for you.
  • Final Sale/Clearance Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as Sale Items or Final Clearance.
  • Goods without Original Packaging: Items that have been used or opened and cannot be repackaged as new.
  • Digital Products and Gift Cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the process above). Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return at our facility, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@keplerc.ca so we can investigate the issue with your payment provider.
